music: SOUR CHERRY\the kills

HOMECOMING KINGGGGG.

today is a relatively good day, i must say. edited at 11.21am//NO! IT'S A FANTABULOUS DAYYYY!! :D
after going for gym so regularly nowadays, i think my body is starting to get used to the runs & i can go on running for 30 mins without feeling like i wanna collapse. by regular, i mean every mondays weds & even yesterday at rachel's gym house & yoga today as well. BURN TUMMY BURN! i did the bow flex too, was worried that i might develop some manly arms but some firming would really help. i dont wanna become a flabby butterfly, given another 5 years.
ANYWAY, YOGA FRIDAY IS HERE AGAIN. (: hopefully they'll set up some Pilate class cos rach says Pilates focuses on the abdominal area & my tummy is the bane of my life, really. alright, im beginning to sound like a paranoid obsessive diet queen. well no im not. i still eat like there's food ration but keeping fit is what im aiming for right now. food would be directly proportional to exercise. YUP.

& the ultimate hype of the day! BOOKOUT DAY IS HERE! :D FRIDAY YAY YAY YAY!
